This wine is produced from Pinot Noir grapes that come from the hillside areas of Oltrepo’ Pavese.
Vinified in white, that is to say with the immediate separation of the must from the skins.
The sparkling process takes place in autoclaves, said process involves a slow fermentation such as to bring out the best qualities of the grape from which it is derived.
