Obtained from the vinification in rosé of grapes from vineyards selected on the basis of their most suited characteristics.
The prise de spume was achieved in accordance with the traditional classic method, with secondary fermentation in the bottle.

AT TABLE: excellent as an aperitif and, thanks to its great personality, it is optimum as a classy accompaniment for every dish.
