AREA OF PRODUCTION: the district of Acqui Terme.
COLOUR: clear ruby red, tending toward rosy.
BOUQUET: aromatic, musky, quite delicate.
TASTE: smoothly sweet, sparkling, with a more or less persistent and abundant mousse.
AT TABLE: a typical dessert wine highly recommended with fruit and especially with peaches and strawberries.
BEST SERVED AT A TEMPERATURE OF: 10 °C.
